1) Services & scope
EliGraphy provides digital services including AI portrait creation, photo retouching, background cleanup, and educational content (pose & prompt tips). All results are delivered digitally.
2) Online-only service
All work is completed online. No in-person sessions or studio appointments are offered. Clients submit their own photos for editing and delivery.
3) Client responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to use and submit the photos you provide.
- You agree not to submit images that violate privacy or rights of others.
- Final outcomes depend on photo quality. Low-resolution or unclear photos may limit results.
4) Delivery timeframe
Delivery time depends on the selected package and current workload. Any timeframe shown on the website or shared by message is an estimate. If a delay occurs, you will be informed.
5) Revisions
Reasonable refinements are included depending on your package. Major changes (new style, new concept, new outfit, or a completely different scene) may require an additional fee and will be confirmed in advance.
Tip: For the best results, include your goal (LinkedIn/Instagram) and preferred style (office/editorial/soft) with your order.
6) Payments & currency
Prices are shown in AED and USD (other options may be added later). Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
7) Privacy & portfolio
Your photos are used only to complete your order. EliGraphy does not publish your images publicly unless you provide clear written permission. Please also review our Privacy Policy for details.
8) Prohibited requests
Requests for illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, or rights-violating content are not accepted. Any request intended for impersonation or privacy violation will be refused.
9) Limitation of liability
EliGraphy is not responsible for indirect damages or losses related to the use of delivered digital files. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
10) Updates
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
